At a time when there were only branded products on the market, Republic Plastics was established in 1999 to serve the niche market in foam tableware and dinnerware. While our initial goal was to provide quality foam plates, bowls, and other tableware at a price point that could compete with brand-name products, we quickly became a leading manufacturer of private label foam dinnerware for many major U.S. retailers.

We now serve customers in the institutional/foodservice and consumer/retail markets throughout North America with premium disposable dinnerware, custom graphics, packaging capabilities, and reliable on-time delivery. Our complete integration from artwork design to packaging and shipping enables us to provide you with the foam containers and tableware products you need in as little as ten days.

Our operations began at a single facility in Texas. After the first four years, we opened a second plant in Knoxville, Tennessee to serve our growing customer base on the East Coast. Two years later, in 2005, we opened our third facility in Arizona to serve customers throughout the West Coast. More recently, in 2011, we opened a second facility in the Knoxville,Tennessee area and have continued to expand our operations to continue to provide fast turnaround for our nationwide customer base. Through all of our growth over the past twenty years, we have continued to be committed to serving our customers’ needs with a full line of quality products, professional customer service, and unmatched responsiveness.
