Republic Plastics was established in 1999 to serve the niche market in foam tableware and dinnerware, at a time when there were only branded products on the market. While our initial goal was to provide foam plates, bowls, and other tableware competitive to these brand-name products, we quickly became a leading manufacturer of private-label foam dinnerware for many major US retailers. We now serve customers in the institutional/foodservice and consumer/retail markets throughout North America with premium disposable dinnerware, custom graphics and packaging capabilities, and reliable on-time delivery. Our complete integration from artwork design to packaging and shipping enables us to introduce new foam tableware products in as little as ten days.
Our operations began at a single facility in Texas, and after the first four years, we then opened a second plant in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2003 to serve a growing customer base on the East Coast. Two years later, in 2005, we opened our third facility in Arizona to serve customers throughout the West Coast. More recently, in 2011, we opened a second facility in the Knoxville, Tennessee area, and we have continued to expand our operations to continue to provide fast turnaround for our nationwide customer base. Through all of our growth over the past fifteen years, we have continued to be committed to serving our customers’ needs with a full line of quality products, professionalism and service, and unmatched responsiveness.
